Inverted Microscope Nikon Eclipse TE2000-U with:

  • The microscope is mounted with both air and water-immersion objectives and features also a lateral access to the sample using 10x-20x objectives.   
  • Piezoelectric xyz translation stage TRITOR102 JenaPiezosystem with 100 µm travel range and 0.2 nm resolution.
